Pierogi are definitely the most typical and traditional Polish dish. During the Pierogi Cooking Class you will have an opportunity to prepare and taste 3 different types of pierogi assisted by an Polish expert.
You will start with the most traditional pierogi stuffed with potatoes and cottage cheese (Ruthenian-style). Later you will prepare pierogi filled with sauerkraut and wild mushrooms (delicacy on Christmas dinner). As a dessert we offer you some pierogi with fresh, seasonal fruits and cream. Yummy!
Cooking together will be also an occasion to learn more about traditional ingredients, eating habits, recipes and secrets of Polish cuisine. You will discover also historical background of pierogi in Polish culture. After this workshop you will be a pierogi master!
To join this workshop no previous cooking experience is required.
The Pierogi Cooking Classes are available only for groups with at least 6 participants.

We want you to enjoy the Polish heritage and traditional food. That’s why for bigger groups (8 people and more) we make for you a tasting of the Polish food (ham, cheese, bread, pickles, jam etc.). The tasting is included in the price you pay!
