Communist Experience Tour in Wroclaw

You arrive to post-war Poland. The Communists hold the power. They begin a period of propaganda, central administration and planned economy. On the other hand, in Wroclaw, it is the time of reconstruction and hope for a better future after the tough experiences of the WWII.

Feel the life of the ordinary people at this era. During our workshop you will have an opportunity to become one of them. Immerse yourself in the communist reality.

Reconstruction of the city, standing in endless queues, lack of toilet paper, march on the 1st of May, fight against plague of Colorado potato beetle, first car, martial law, helping the opposition, Solidarity and Orange Alternative movements – all those experiences are directly connected with this period of our history.
