Discover Wroclaw from a different side
• By boat – there are many opportunities for river cruises in Wroclaw. The best is the boat trip from the city center (from the pier at Piotr Wlostowic Boulevard) to the Zoo and back.
We recommend to use City Boats company as they run only eco-friendly electric boats up to 9 people. You can see the architecture and nature of our city. Price: about 8€, duration: 60 minutes.
• By canoe – there are two places from which you can explore Wroclaw by canoe: Zatoka Gondoli (Purkyniego 9) and Przystan Zwierzyniecka (next
to the Zwierzyniecki Bridge). Price: about 4€ per hour per canoe.
• By bike – With the new WRM bike system you can rent one of the city bikes. Just register on this website (it takes one minute) and you can use one of over 1000 bikes. The first 20 minutes are free! All 100 stations and the website operate in Polish, English, Ukrainian.
• By historical tram – between May and October you can discover Wroclaw on one of the historical trams. Some of them were built before WWI! The ride between The Opera House and the Centennial Hall is the most recommended one. Price: about 1€, duration: about 30 minutes, departure: Plac Teatralny 1.
• By cable car – there is a cable car called Polinka located downtown. It connects both sides of the Odra river. The ride is short, but you can take pictures of the Grunwald Bridge, one of the symbols of the city.
